Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We have a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you experience anything contrary to our signature sound, you have our full support to rectify the mutual concern. We require the ability to address and service your situation, which may involve re-tuning of digital signal processor or replacement part(s) if applicable. If your system is not performing as intended, we will authorize the return of the product (see Return Policy). Your satisfaction is our top priority!
Our Warranty Information
We build our components to the highest reliability standards necessary to meet our Toyota and Subaru standards. Therefore, your O+ Sound Solution has a 3 Year Warranty. Your continued enjoyment of your O+ Sound Solution is of the utmost importance to us. Warranty applies to operational failure only. If your product is defective and still within its warranty period, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
To do so, we must first receive and test the item in question. ALL Warranty shipping costs are first paid by the customer, to be refunded at OEM AUDIO PLUS’s discretion if products are deemed defective upon inspection. Once the product has been inspected and deemed defective, warrantied item(s) shipping costs will be refunded. Any and all international shipping costs are passed directly to the customer and are nonrefundable.
PLEASE ENSURE YOUR RETURNED PRODUCT(S) ARE PROPERLY INSURED & WELL PACKAGED. OEM AUDIO + IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCT(S).
The warranty is not transferrable and is only valid for the original purchaser.
Warranties will be processed and inspected within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the item. Once your item is received, inspected, and processed, you will receive an email notification regarding your item(s) repair, exchange, or any issues related to your returned item(s).

What We Do Not Cover
At our sole discretion, we may refuse a warranty, and items could be returned to the customer in the following instances: Repair to a radio/stereo chassis, speaker, and any associated electronics performed by a non-authorized audio service center is not warranted. We do not cover any unit that has been subjected to abuse, misuse, accident, or negligent repair or replacement in any way to have adversely affected, in OEM Audio Plus’s reasonable opinion, the performance, reliability, or stability of the unit is not covered. Eliminating car static, motor noise, or other electrical interference is not warranted. Correction of problems resulting from the antenna system, water damage, faulty installation, and unauthorized modification of our products is not covered or warranted.
Zero Tolerance Policy
OEM Audio + has a Zero Tolerance Policy for verbal abuse of our employees. If you exhibit this type of behavior, we will no longer service you. No exceptions.
Our Return, Exchange & Cancelation Policy
OEM AUDIO PLUS offers a 30-day refund/exchange policy on all uninstalled, unopened items that are returned in their original condition and original packaging. The return/exchange shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility, and ALL refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee (including cancelations after 24hrs of order time) that is deducted from the refund total. Shipping Charges, Bank/Merchant Fees, and Custom Overlay Options are NON-REFUNDABLE. Any items purchased during a free shipping promotion will have the original freight amount deducted from the refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all returned items are protected from damage. We recommend that you retain all packaging materials, including overpacking, should you decide to initiate a return. We document and inspect returns before any issuance of a refund.

At our sole discretion, we may refuse a refund, and items could be returned to the customer in the following instances:
– any items that show signs of installation
– any items that show signs of use or damage
– any items that are returned with damaged or incomplete packaging
It is our policy to not accept returns of open/used items.
Except for any products listed as non-returnable, we will accept a return of the products for a refund of your products purchase price, less a 20% restocking fee and ALL shipping charges, provided such return is made within 30 days of delivery and provided such products are returned in their original condition.
All returns require authorization; otherwise, your return might be rejected and returned to you. If a component, part, or kit must be returned, contact us for return merchandise authorization (RMA) before shipping the item(s). Returns and refunds could take up to 30 business days to process.
Returns will be processed and inspected within 14 to 21 business days of receiving the item. Once your item is received, inspected, and processed, you will receive an email notification regarding your refund, exchange, or any issues related to your returned item.
Cancelation Refunds will be processed within 14 to 21 business days of receiving the cancelation request.
Once the refund is issued, it can take 2 to 4 business days for the funds to show up in your account. PayPal can take up to 2 days to show your refund on your PayPal account. OEM AUDIO PLUS is not responsible for any delays caused by your financial institution.
In the case of an exchange, the original item/product must be returned and evaluated before the release of any new items/products.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us; one of our team members will assist with a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Please note that RMA requests may take two to three business days to be issued.

Any and all international/overseas shipping costs are passed directly to the customer (Including CA, HI, PR, & GU). All customs duties and fees are paid for by the customer on arrival. Any and all international/overseas orders are not viable or included in Free Shipping promotions.
Lead Times Are Estimates:
Each of our Sound Solutions is made specifically for you based on your provided configuration notes when submitting your order. None of our products are mass-produced. All lead times are estimates and rely on various factors. We are currently experiencing high demand, and longer-than-usual lead times as many companies are within our industry. Our team is actively working to ensure that the wait is minimal and that the results of what is delivered are unmatched. Our job is not complete until your System is delivered and performing as intended.
If you have questions about your lead times, please check the estimated lead-time on each product page and/or in your order notes. If you have additional questions, please reach out to our team via email or by phone. It is our mission to provide transparent and prompt communication. Our Limited Liability Terms
OEM Audio Plus, Inc. will not be responsible or liable for any labor or incidental or consequential damage of any kind. The purchaser of any part releases the manufacturer of the part and OEM Plus, Inc. from all liabilities about the use of the part. The purchaser recognizes that any alteration or modification to any motor vehicle may increase the risk of injury or accident and render the vehicle illegal for use on public roads and highways. Use at your own risk. OEM Audio Plus, Inc. is not responsible or liable for any shipping delays or errors caused by any shipping service provider or customs.
Our Sales Policies
OEM Audio Plus sells and ships products to end-user and select Authorized Dealers only. Therefore, you may not purchase for resale. OEM Audio Plus reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order if OEM Audio Plus suspects you are buying for resale.
No Class Actions Permitted
Any purchaser of OEM Audio + products is only permitted to resolve disputes or claims with OEM Audio + on an individual basis and may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or a class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action.”
Waiver & Severability
Our decision not to enforce or exercise any of these terms is not a waiver of that section. If a particular term is not enforced, this does not affect any other terms.
Trademark, Copyright, and Intellectual Property
