Lead Times Are Estimates:
Each of our Sound Solutions is made specifically for you based on your provided configuration notes when submitting your order. None of our products are mass-produced. All lead times are estimates and rely on various factors. We are currently experiencing high demand, and longer-than-usual lead times as many companies are within our industry. Our team is actively working to ensure that the wait is minimal and that the results of what is delivered are unmatched. Our job is not complete until your System is delivered and performing as intended.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We have a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you experience anything contrary to our signature sound, you have our full support to rectify the mutual concern. We require the ability to address and service your situation, which may involve re-tuning of digital signal processor or replacement part(s) if applicable. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
Our Warranty Information
We build our components to the highest reliability standards necessary to meet our Toyota and Subaru standards. Therefore, your O+ Sound Solution has a 3 Year Warranty. Your continued enjoyment of your O+ Sound Solution is of the utmost importance to us. Warranty applies to operational failure only. If your product is defective and still within its warranty period, we will repair or replace the item. Please be advised that if your components are used in combination with any other amplifier other than our OEM Audio Plus amplifiers, your warranty will be void.
To do so, we must first receive and test the item in question. Warranty shipping costs are paid by the customer. Any and all international shipping costs are passed directly to the customer and are nonrefundable.
PLEASE ENSURE YOUR RETURNED PRODUCT(S) ARE PROPERLY INSURED & WELL PACKAGED. OEM AUDIO + IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCT(S).
The warranty is not transferrable and is only valid for the original purchaser.
Warranties will be processed and inspected within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the item. Once your item is received, inspected, and processed, you will receive an email notification regarding your item(s) repair, exchange, or any issues related to your returned item(s).
All warranties require authorization; otherwise, your product might be rejected and returned to you. If a component, part, or kit must be warrantied, contact us for return merchandise authorization (RMA) before shipping the item(s).

What We Do Not Cover
At our sole discretion, we may refuse a warranty, and items could be returned to the customer in the following instances: Repair to a radio/stereo chassis, speaker, and any associated electronics performed by a non-authorized audio service center is not warranted. We do not cover any unit that has been subjected to abuse, misuse, accident, or negligent repair or replacement in any way to have adversely affected, in OEM Audio Plus’s reasonable opinion, the performance, reliability, or stability of the unit is not covered. Eliminating car static, motor noise, or other electrical interference is not warranted. Correction of problems resulting from the antenna system, water damage, faulty installation, and unauthorized modification of our products is not covered or warranted. Any customization or modification to the original product design, functionality or use, voids all warranty eligibility. OEM Audio Plus reserves sole discretion to determine warranty eligibility.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Product Policy
While we make every attempt to make sure packages arrive in perfect condition & package all items securely, OEM Audio Plus is not responsible for how products are delivered by carriers and damage can occur.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact Route (the shipping insurance provider) immediately upon receipt, document all issues with photos, and send your order information and photos to [email protected] for our documentation.
If you opt out of Route shipping insurance, your order will be shipped without insurance at your own risk. OEM Audio Plus cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
Zero Tolerance Policy
OEM Audio + has a Zero Tolerance Policy for verbal abuse of our employees. If you exhibit this type of behavior, we will no longer service you, and your warranty will be void. No exceptions.
Our Return, Exchange & Cancelation Policy
ALL OEM AUDIO PLUS SALES ARE FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE, & NON-CANCELABLE.
If errors were made during your ordering process (i.e. wrong year/radio selections), please reach out to [email protected] to make corrections.
Discount/Coupon Codes
Discount/coupon codes are not accepted and/or refunded after an order has been placed.
Dongle Deposits
Dongle deposits will be refunded within 7-14 Business Days of receiving the returned tune dongle.
PLEASE BE ADVISED – DONGLE IS DUE FOR RETURN SHIPMENT NO MORE THAN 30 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY. IF DONGLE IS NOT SHIPPED BACK WITHIN 30 DAYS, DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED.
International/Overseas Orders:
Any and all international/overseas shipping costs are passed directly to the customer (Including CA, HI, PR, AK & GU). All customs duties and fees are paid for by the customer on arrival. Any and all international/overseas orders are not viable or included in Free Shipping promotions.
Our Limited Liability Terms
OEM Audio Plus, Inc. will not be responsible or liable for any labor or incidental or consequential damage of any kind. The purchaser of any part releases the manufacturer of the part and OEM Plus, Inc. from all liabilities about the use of the part. The purchaser recognizes that any alteration or modification to any motor vehicle may increase the risk of injury or accident and render the vehicle illegal for use on public roads and highways. Use at your own risk. OEM Audio Plus, Inc. is not responsible or liable for any shipping delays or errors caused by any shipping service provider or customs.
Our Sales Policies
OEM Audio Plus sells and ships/releases products to end-user and select Authorized Dealers only. Therefore, you may not purchase for resale. OEM Audio Plus reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order if OEM Audio Plus suspects you are buying for resale.
Our Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms of Use”) apply to the OEM Audio Plus website located at www.oemaudioplus.com and all associated sites linked to www.oemaudioplus.com by OEM Audio Plus, its subsidiaries, and affiliates. The site is the property of OEM Plus Inc. and its licensors. BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.
At its sole discretion, OEM Audio Plus reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the site and/or our products following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. OEM Audio Plus grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the site as long as you comply with these Terms of Use. Any dispute or claim in relation to these Terms of Use or the Services will be settled by arbitration in the state of California.
Governing Jurisdiction
All claims and disputes arising under or relating to the Terms of Use or OEM Audio + Services are to be settled by binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted by Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services (JAMS) in Orange County, California. The parties shall be bound by any and all rules of JAMS and any award/decision rendered.
No Class Actions Permitted
Any purchaser of OEM Audio + products is only permitted to resolve disputes or claims with OEM Audio + on an individual basis and may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or a class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action.”
Waiver & Severability
Our decision not to enforce or exercise any of these terms is not a waiver of that section. If a particular term is not enforced, this does not affect any other terms.
